Physio4all ergonomics and injury prevention services focus on all aspects of injury prevention and ergonomics from engineering and administrative controls to employee education for long term prevention.

Workstation Assessments and Discomfort and Injury Prevention

Physio4all provides a comprehensive approach to workstation injury prevention services.

 Our two-tiered service, enables you to choose from

​

Service 1

Brief, 15-minute workstation evaluation and education per person – perfect for whole of office assessments.

Our expert clinicians will leave your team with education material and personalised advice on what was changed during the assessment, as well as education around how to alter their workstation for optimal performance themselves.  This leads to a client who can manage their own workstation long term with lower risk of injury or pain.

Cost – minimum booking 2hrs

$220 +GST per hour plus travel expenses

Service 2

A comprehensive workstation assessment that are valuable where pain, discomfort or an injury has been reported by one of your team.

30-minute workstation evaluation per person

Physio4all Ergonomic Assessments can include:

An initial self-assessment questionnaire that highlights current areas of discomfort

  • Job/Task analysis

  • Ergonomic analysis of seating and workstation setup

  • Adjustments to workstation setup and equipment

  • Posture education

  • Education around microbreaks and regular workstation stretches

 

A Written Report which includes:

  • A summary of all changes and adjustments made at the time of the assessment.

  • Any ergonomic hardware that may be required to correct existing discomfort.

  • An assessment of environmental conditions that could be contributing to staff discomfort.

Ministry of Health advice relating to workers and COVID-19

Cost

$270 +GST per hour,   plus travel expenses
